Return Policy

 

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund within 28 days of the merchandise's delivery date.The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.

 

Return Instructions

 

To request a return label, please write an email to MOON Berlin and list the items you would like to return. You will receive an email from MOONBERLIN.COM

with your return label for the parcel and instructions for the return shipment.

 

The courier for the return shipment will be provided in the return instructions email sent by MOONBERLIN.COM. Please put the received return label on the

parcel.

 

The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by MOONBERLIN.COM. If the return package is shipped using a different courier than the one provided, all consequent costs will be the client’s responsibility.

 

The three Types of Return are:

 

Size exchange

Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. The new item will be eligible for return through the

same return procedure. Store CreditAs soon as the return has been processed, the customer will receive a code for the total value of the return items. The

code may be used on the following order placed on MOONBERLIN.COM.

Refund

 

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by MOONBERLIN.COM. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded

amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.

Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

It can be used one time only on a future order within three months of the return; is not cumulative with other store credits;

must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.

 

 

Returns must be shipped within 28 days of the order delivery date.

Return Terms and Conditions

 

 

 

The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.

 

Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.

 

Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

Returns must be packaged in the MOONBERLIN.COM box.

 

In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. MOONBERLIN.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the client.

Pick-ups for all authorized returns with MOONBERLIN.COM's courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.

In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, MOONBERLIN.COM reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.

 

MOONBERLIN.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, MOONBERLIN.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.

For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.

 

 

 

Published prices and final invoices are in Euro.

 

To help clients approximate the Euro values in their local currency, the web site has a currency converter feature. Final credit card and PayPal debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions.

 

MOONBERLIN.COM encourages clients to contact their home bank to receive the accurate price conversion and any bank commissions related to the transaction.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES

If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the order will be processed instantly. Credit cards are charged at the moment that the order is confirmed for both available merchandise and for Pre-order items (which are shipped later in the season when the merchandise arrives).

 

BANK WIRE TRANSFER

When Bank Wire Transfer is selected at the order confirmation as the method of payment, the customer will automatically receive an email confirming the account information for MOONBERLIN.COM. The merchandise will then be reserved for the order and shipped once the funds are deposited in MOONBERLIN.COM’s bank account.It is mandatory that the Client send a scan or fax of the bank transaction within 48 hours of confirming the order. Merchandise will be shipped once the funds have reached MOONBERLIN.COM’s bank account.If the scan or fax of the bank transaction is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be cancelled.The merchandise will be shipped once MOONBERLIN.COM has received the funds and the merchandise is available for shipment.

 

PAYPAL

MOONBERLIN.COM welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.

 

PRE-ORDER PAYMENT

Clients can place orders for merchandise that is scheduled to arrive later in the season.The date of availability indicated online is supplied by the designer. MOONBERLIN.COM is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes in pre-ordered items due to modifications during production.In the event that an item reserved by the Client does not arrive, the Client will be informed and a refund or store credit will be issued.

The credit card will be charged on the date that the order is placed.

PayPal payments for Pre-Orders are transacted on the same day that the order is placed.

Bank Wire transfers for Pre-Orders are invoiced the day the funds arrive in MOONBERLIN.COM’s account.

The shipping address country inserted for Pre-Orders cannot be modified, updated or changed in any way.

Personal data, voluntarily provided by the User, will not be communicated nor sold to a third party.
